Norwegian consular cases are presently handled by the Embassy of Sweden in Phnom Penh in cooperation with the Embassy of Norway in Bangkok.
The Embassy of France in Phnom Penh currently handles Schengen visa applications on behalf of Norway. Cambodian nationals who would like to travel to Norway as a tourist, on a family visit, on public business or a business trip, may submit their application for a Schengen visa at the Embassy of France in Phnom Penh.
To apply for a residence permit to Norway (work, study, family), applicants from Cambodia are currently required to submit their application at the Embassy of Norway in Bangkok.
