Medical insurance is compulsory when travelling to the Schengen area on a tourist visa, and the Embassy is not able to issue a visa sticker until the insurance policy has been checked and registered in our data system. Applicants who submit their insurance policy after notification that a visa has been granted, will have a further delay of three days until the visa sticker can be printed.

Group tours (Schengen Visa)

As a general rule, visa applications must be submitted by the applicant in person at the Embassy.
