WARNING: False Visa Agents

There are a number of visa agents in operation throughout Thailand, and also within the vicinity of the Embassy and the VFS Norway Visa Application Centre at Trendy Building. Please note that the Norwegian Embassy in Bangkok and VFS Norway Visa Application Centre do not co-operate with any visa agents in Thailand. All staff work within the Embassy or the VFS Norway Visa Application Centre. If you are approached by someone outside these locations offering their assistance, they are not representatives from the Embassy or the VFS Norway Visa Application Centre.

Applicants are strongly advised not to deal with any agents. Visa agents are in no way whatsoever connected to the Embassy and VFS Norway Visa Application Centre, and they have absolutely no influence over the outcome of an application. Many agents also charge unreasonably high fees for services which are deemed unneccesary. We advise all applicants to contact the VFS Norway Visa Application Centre or the Norwegian Embassy for any assistance.

Please be informed that the use of visa agents may compromise the overall credibility of an application as certain visa agents help applicants fabricate information and documentation in order to increase the chance of being granted a visa.
