Mr. Høglund held talks with H.E. Mr. Hor Namhong, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and met leaders of the political opposition in Cambodia. He visited the Khmer Rouge tribunal, which has received consistent and significant support from Norway since its establishment.
